Mike Cleland has over 18 years experience in the staffing industry, 13 of which were in line level and executive management. As an enterprise-wide manager of a $55M IT staffing firm, Mike Cleland drove improvements across the entire organization, increasing productivity by over 30%. As an executive, he led the effort in the evaluation, creation and execution of company strategy and implementing Kaplan and Norton’s Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard management framework. Since the founding of Charted Path in February of 2010 Mike has facilitated solutions for over 20 companies in multiple staffing verticals including IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Light Industrial, Clerical, Legal, and Managed Services with revenues ranging from $10M to $150M.
